McKinley Belcher III discovered his passion for acting at Belmont University in Nashville, where he started his career as a freshman.

  • Screen Actors Guild Award (2020) Nomination: Belcher has been nominated in the Outstanding Ensemble Performance category for his work with Netflix’s Ozark series.

Early Childhood Education : 

  • McKinley Belcher III, the first child of McKinley Belcher Jr., and Pamela McGhee Belcher, was born in Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta, Georgia. Later, the family moved to Powder Springs where he attended elementary school and middle. Belcher graduated in 2002 from Campbell High School, Smyrna in Georgia. He was a part of the International Baccalaureate Program and competed in cross-country and track.

  • He continued his education with a MFA in Acting at the University of Southern California, graduating in 2010.
